The culture at Cyprexx is great, and very rewarding. Employees are also great to work alongside.

I can't think of any cons so far!

Remote work. Do not have to be tethered to the phone all day

Policy changes too often and no effective working MOS. Unrealistic expectations to bring in revenue but you have to fight the investor, insurer, servicer and municipalities- too many pointing fingers and opportunities to place blame.
