      This is a very hands-on company, so you can expect to learn about all aspects from the creative to the labor in the sun bits. The company has been around for more than 20 years, so the work is steady.

      Cons

      As it is a small shop, the pay rate is sub standard. No retirement plans are available, and advancement is fairly limited.

      People are friendly and Mark the owner cares for his employees and is most knowledgeable person I have ever met in the sign making industry. He’s just a really good dude.
