Pros

Not a single plus point of this company.

Cons

Cons List is way too long to be counted, but here it is. 1) The main problem and downfall for the company is management and it's CEO. I don't know how this company has managed to thrive thus far for 5+ years. 2) They don't know how to treat an IT Professional nor how to behave like one and they believe their company is world's best in terms of IT firms. WRONG! Never ever work here or else they will make you work for 11+ hours/day give a load of 5+ projects. 3) The management and CEO doesn't event treat and behave with an individual like their employee but rather only a machine to work for unlimited hours of time and provide updates to them. They will also try to undermine or degrade an employee's image/character if they think that this employee would resign. 4) They only trust the employees who are worth selling themselves by praising the "GOOD NAME of the So-Called IT COMPANY" and would bribe them to stay in the company and keep praising. Work only here if you want money and nothing else! (Not even your self-respect because they will take it away too). 5) CEO thinks he is the most humble and kind-hearted person on the Earth but he is only interested in the benefits he is gettings from you and your hard work only to belittle your self-respect in the later stage of your employment. 6) Labours working in manufacturing industries and house servents would be getting more respect and peace of life than a single employee working here. 7) CEO, managers, and TLs are none less to push the employee to the brink of giving up. Mental stress and constant pressure from the management. Also, their working patterns are wrong. 8) Also, they won't allow you to get any leaves easily and there is always a shortage of resources but when an older employee is leaving suddenly a new employee is hired in his/her place.
