Pros
Great people, teamwork oriented, growth mindset, multiple experts in many different topics to learn from. Vocal and informative CEO and senior leadership. Weekly team meetings, monthly 'all-hands' meetings. Annual Holiday Party is typically a pretty fun time. Though tbh, I feel as though there needs to be some self, or otherwise, control with the alcohol. Party hard but remember that you are still a representative of the company, vendors remember crazy stuff.
Cons
Highly travel based; This is something that is made abundantly clear however in the interview/hiring process. I put it as a con only because I feel that the majority of time it was on extremely short notice and holidays didn't matter (Not to any fault of the company themselves, its just how this field works. You can't control when a threat actor will do what they do nor do they really take time off.) Bonus structure can be confusing; Primarily based off of billable time but sometimes its unclear whether you met it or not (Or when it will be paid out)
