      Staff is friendly and works hard. Half of the revenue is generated by one repeat client. Engineering staff is great!

      Cons

      Not managed well. Architecture department is focused on one retail client, Architecture dept struggles breaking into more diverse work.

      A collaborative and assistive workplace with ample support from seniors and colleagues curating one of the most enriching experience for designers. Ample opportunities to work on side projects within the supporting departments. Tons of support from the management to upskill the workforce through the training and educational assistance programs.

      Location, if you are a big city person.
