Pros

some great people, nice office

Cons

Total dog and pony show. They say what they want you to hear/need to say to make it look like a great place to work. I cannot speak for other departments, but for a department that turns over about 13-17 people with a year screams UPPER MANAGEMENT FAILURE. They play favorites and if you don't fit into their idea of what they want you to be (cut throat, pretentious, brown-nosing) then they find a way to get rid of you. Lack of communication is enormous. Then the lower-on-the-totem-poles get the blame for managements lack of direction and clarity. The lack of HR's and the president's acknowledgment of this continued issue in the marketing depts upper management, shows that they only care about the bottom line over and over. It had so much potential. I was so disappointed in how things really ran there. I now have zero respect for every individual in that Marketing departments management. The lack of decency and respect for their employees shows in each of their true character. Very glad I am now removed from being in that environment.

Pros

They have the hottest product in Aesthetics in 2026. Even though they fired the marketing team that created XERF. There are incredible Pros if you are one of the twelve or so Sales leaders who make tremendous salaries.

Cons

The company is not financially healthy. Despite having the hottest product in the industry right now, expenses are out of control, and the company will not be profitable. That means that Sales will receive massive commissions, but all other corporate employees will receive little to no bonus. This company exists to make a small group of salespeople very very wealthy. At least this year, the “I’m so proud of myself for being at P-Club!” social media posts didn’t happen. It’s easy to figure out who is on The List, because they all directly report to the same person. There is no moral or ethical compass. You will be asked to travel internationally without a work visa. I’m pretty sure lying to Customs is a bad idea. You will be asked to never discuss whether equipment is reusable. You will do anything to make the sale. The toxicity is soon playing out in court in LA, with a sexual harassment case soon starting.
