Pros

Technology - we are solving a really hard problem here at the company and pushing new boundaries every day. It is true that the greater the effort and the harder the challenge is, the sweeter the reward will be. Focus - the company has a very clear vision of the product and business we are building. This strong focus allows different teams to prioritise what is important and work closely together to achieve the goal. The focus also translates into an action plan and measurable impact for each member. Team - very nice people and awesome working culture. There is a lot of positive energy in the office and you can immediately feel it when you walk into the door. The organization is pretty flat which encourages transparency and honesty. I feel confident to walk to anyone including the CEO to share ideas and challenges. International outlook - the company knows how to take advantage of the global economy and find growth opportunities internationally. It's building strong teams, partnership and vendor ecosystems across borders.

Cons

We are in such a new industry that no predefined solutions are out there; we need to innovate both on the technology and business front. This can be frustrating at times because a good answer is hard to come by. Everyone must stay very motivated to solving this hard problem. This job is not for the faint-hearted.

Pros

The people are nice and I learned a lot from the people I interacted with on a daily basis.

Cons

Lack of communication, c-suite manages in absentia and doesn't take accountability. Promotes a toxic culture of smoke and mirrors and doesn't reward hard work and commitment.
