Pros

Maybe the aquisition by PayPal will change things.

Cons

Company management succeeds in micromanagment without providing any actual guidance. There's no trust in employees or any investment in employee enablement or growth.

Pros

Snacks in the office, pay seems to be about average, nice people, wfh 2 days a week. Out-of hours work is pretty much non-existent

Cons

Essentially there is no tech leadership - it seems like the tech and processes were paused several years ago when the founder CTO left and they have just limped on since. There are no engineering managers, no ICs, no learning & development for developers. The tooling & processes are all very rigid and ceremonial rather than useful

Pros

Some genuinely smart and well-meaning people work here. The concept behind the product has potential. Flexible environment if you know how to manage yourself.

Cons

The tech stack and actual capabilities often don’t match the way the product is pitched. This leads to repeated frustration from clients once they discover the gaps post-sale. Frontline employees end up absorbing the fallout. Executive leadership lacks originality and clear direction. Communication feels scripted and disconnected from what’s really happening in the company. The broader TLV tech community does not view the company as a serious player, and that reputation makes both hiring and retention increasingly difficult. The office is essentially empty most days, giving the place a “ghost-town” feel rather than a sense of team cohesion. HR and management practices often create uncomfortable or awkward interactions, and there’s little emotional intelligence at the leadership level.
