Pros
The bonus program is good if there is money in the bonus pool. Most of the people are nice.
Cons
Don't expect any help. Everyone is overworked and no one has time to help. As someone else stated it's sink or swim. You can work your butt off and you may not get a bonus. It depends on several factors and none of them is under your control. Management sticks together so forget trying to have a two sided conversation. If you have a disagreement with a manager then you need to start looking for a new job. Managers will make up things to get you removed. Management is not consistent about enforcing policies. If you are one of their pet engineers then you will be protected. If you aren't a pet then start looking for a new job. People are nice but there are definite clicks.
