      There is pros in this organisation.

      Cons

      1) Health Insurances Self, life insurances Self amount will deduct from our salary only. Company is not providing any benefit to employees. 2) variable pay are not giving. 3) No appraisal cycle. 4) No additional compensation who is working client location.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
