For some clients, standard of work is really good - there is really a value addition Really good place for Mechanical Engineers
Cons
Salary much less than market standard - Though last year for associates in India they tried to do some normalization atleast for associates less than 10 years of experience In last two years I have seen firing people in the name of cost cutting Also in my last 5 years with Cyient - there was more than 12 times shuffling in the org structure with which I am attached. As per my understanding, so much frequent shuffling in Mid /Senior level management is not good at all.
