      Work environment, good company for start up, not much work pressure (but this on customers base). Good job security. Multiple projects running

      Salary, hr policies. Short term projects, recognization, work timings, no bonus, no employee friendly rules. All guidelines favorable for company. 3 Years Bond for freshers. Notice

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
