      Significantly lower pay than competing firms for the same jobs Very little information on how to access resources like pay, benefits, IT support Currently required to submit time in three different systems for the same work

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
