The best place to learn things. There ends the pros, actually the only pro.
Cons
There is no work life balance at all. People don't care about the employee life. All they worry about is the client, business and politics. I don't know if an employee coming out of Cyient can be a good one to pick, but that guy will be a sure shot success if he is picked by any political party. You have got an offer to join Cyient? Beware of it. You have to lose many things in your life.
