      People and culture are good Salary is decent for freshers.

      Cons

      As it a service based company, Projects will be on and off there is a high chances for freshers shifting to different project with different role.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
