      Pros

      It is one of the best places to work if you are really passionate about mechanical engineering. The office environment is very familial and positive.

      Cons

      It is away from my native, but this is strictly a personal issue. Generally employees are happy here.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
