      Flexible hours and work schedule

      Cons

      No room for climbing the ladder in the company whatsoever. People have been working here for 7+years without receiving a raise. Periods with very little work.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
