      Pros

      Great starting position, friendly coworkers, good position to start after college and learn about the industry. Work life quality if great.

      Cons

      Does not increase pay every year, can't really move up from your position, stuck doing the same thing every day.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
