      Only Pros are People are very helpful

      Cons

      For IT guys its NOT an IT Company. Its not CMMI Level 5 certified as they shown on their website it is downgraded to CMMI Level 3. HR is the horrible. Poor and unhygienic work environment. No basic facilities to employees even company is selling Tea to earn profit from their employees pocket .Hidden components in the salary structure. Highly inexperience managers

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
