      Pros

      Good for freshers and engineering/diploma grads looking to gain some experience. Not so good for MBA grads and mid-management aspiring to be more entrepreneurial within a mid-size firm.

      Cons

      Collaboration is only lip-service. People culture needs to change; thought culture needs to be pushed in, rather than being only results-oriented.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
