      Pros

      The pay is great for a very low stress job, depending on which team you're on. Career advancement is good as long as you want to get into management

      Cons

      Engineer in name only. They may tell you there will be hands on experience but what they mean is you may touch an engine part on occasion.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
