      You have the ability to forge your own career path. Advancement is available. You have to ask for more. Good health benefits. Many opportunities to work on new projects if you are willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains. Very lean on support staff, HR etc...

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
