      Getting to work with great customers that appreciated you more than your employer.

      Cons

      Horrible management, no accountability, no recognition, expected to train people who are hired making more than you.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
