you will have ample time to play any games you like in the games room.Unlimited tea or lunch time. there are many more departments for engineering and for other departments .
Cons
Mandatory timings of 9.30 hrs a day. no matter what you do in the company you have to stay 9.30 hrs in the company this one point i wasn't aware before joining . so if you are planning to join in infotech be prepare to give 9.30 hrs per day . do not expect technical growth in this organization this is a service based company and you will be mostly working on excel sheets . There is one joke in Infotech saying LESS WORK AND LESS SALARY it was rightly said cannot expect hikes more than 8% per year. and designations will be changed based on your age ( They call it experience) but they are not aware that with age you will get old getting experience is something you have to work on it. And mostly feed backs they will conduct feed back surveys but to only show they are employee friendly they will not implement.. Notice period is 3 months after your probation every company is negotiating on it but these fellows will not allow you to server less than that. AND MOST IMPORTANT THING Contracts For every thing they will make you sign on bonds if you are about to join in infotech as a fresher or less than 4 years of experience you have to sign on bond liquidation charges of One lakh rupees and if you go onsite for <180 days even for one month also you have to stay in the company for atleast 6 months liquidation charges will be 3 lakhs and above . if you go onsite for 181 days you have to stay in the company 1 year with same liquidation charges. so if you choose to join in infotech be prepared for the bonds also .
