      Pros

      Smaller company mentality and get to work along side some very smart people. Opportunity to be exposed to and work with customers is great.

      Cons

      Serious growing pains. Pay is very less. Human Resources department needs to fight for the employees more.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
