      Pros

      you will get to work in a unique work fields.. Being a mechanical engineer and working in aeronautical field is very satisfying experience

      Cons

      Not every company does this kind of work therefore getting out of this company and trying to find a similar work line is little difficult

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
