First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and abundant pleasure for choosing me as one amongst select associate for this programme. I am working as Junior Manager presently having entered in the erstwhile Infotech Enterprises Ltd in 1999 and have been serving for more than eighteen years. I consider Cyient is top on the list of MNCs delivering digital technologies and advanced analytical capabilities with profound technical expertise in the various fields like aerospace, telecommunications, rail transportation etc. I like my company, it is a fair organization, customer friendly and focus on improving business to the level of ultimate satisfaction of the customers. Next We can feel good work environment and scope for multitasking and also provide us multiple opportunities to enhance skills. I received valuable guidance from my superiors and their blessings enable me to safeguard my position and to work in a systematic manner. While working, I don't mind to face challenges, I feel it is a privilege for me to learn complicated things, not only sharpens my mind but also find solutions for whatever the uphill tasks. I do believe that team work can achieve the targets easily, hence I motivate the team members constantly and update people working with me , extending guidance or help. I am able to work under pressure with or without supervision and get things going on to conclude to a meaningful end. I am a quick problem solver and at the same time not shy of quick learner in need. My other characteristics include aggressiveness, competitiveness, goal oriented behaviour, confidence, intuitiveness, the ability to learn from mistakes and the ability to employ human relation skills. My long association with the company can not be described in words. My attachment with the company is sentimental and emotional. I never thought of leaving the company . My life vision is to contribute dedicated services with commitment, integrity, discipline and professionalism to the company and customers. By continuing for ever , I would like to lead a stable life, long term relationship with all employees and good terminal benefits. I never ever seen in fact the lord gifted me through my mother and my father with a positive vision and beautiful outlook which inspires me a lot to keep interested to learn and guide.
