      Pros

      We must take care the all projects( navigation based) and this project full filled in Autocad application.

      Cons

      We have to guaranty about the task what we have done in that. First Time Right(FTR) acceptance is the main role.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
