They work on most use less and redundant projects is western countries in all fields be it aero auto or semiconductor In aero they have good client companies which make them do crappy documentation, QA of mfg parts . They force to work more for client they don't care about work life balance and old managers don't know anything but force to work more . If u want to learn something don't join or else in 3-4 yrs you will be useless in market outside and you cannot switch jobs due to work they do can easily be done byvany person with 2-3 months training why other companies will hire u with better salaries , which makes tough to switch companies.
