      Pros

      A great company with good product culture and employee oriented. So many initiatives to keep employees engaged like sports committee and outdoors etc. Weekly lunch at office. Thoughtful welcome kit:)

      Cons

      Nothing so far as they almost addressing employees concerns. I think the cons should be given directly to employer than here so they can address it.

      Good product, intelligent engineers, and great third party relationships

      Cons

      A culture built on passive-aggressive reminders of your expendability. No concrete sales processes or vision on how best to create them. Marketing was present but offered little in the way of assistance. No cross team collaboration. Too much cross team bickering.
