      No training given Blame culture No natural management. Managers have their position due to service given Very clique group of staff/management who talk in whispers about other members of staff No HR presence

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
