Pros
Decent location. Very good solutions. Management will be happy as long as you make your dials, even if you aren't closing and have no pipe.
Cons
Churn and burn with a sales sweatshop mentality. They will fire you without warning or chance to improve. Also fire for political reasons regardless of performance. They hired way too many sales reps too quickly without fully understanding how to attack the market effectively and scale the sales team.
