Heavy on cold calling, thats all they judge you on smile and dial attitude. No structure or training. Heavy turn over, negative attitude on the floor, lots of change within your territory and not for the good. Support is in India, hard to work with US hours and for customers to get in touch with them.Really no growth potential or feeling of a stable Company. Would certainly not recommend working here. No work life balance at all, long hours, tons and tons of cold calls per day.
