      - Great collaborative culture between teams. Company is a meritocracy, great place to be for those that are motivated - this sentiment is shared overall with company values. - Open lines of communication with product, R&D and other internal teams. Feedback is taken seriously from technical field members. - Technology is solving a real problem, and is doing so in a novel way. - Work is challenging but rewarding. High levels of autonomy paired with encouragement to tackle problem solving in your own way. - Technical leadership is very supportive. Hierarchy is flat, can get in touch with C- or VP- level leaders easily.

      Cons

      - Fast-paced environment, but work volume can be large. - Collaboration from pre-sales can be better with post-sales team.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
