      - I'm in the first 3 years of my career currently. This is a place to forge your career. In comparison to other companies, the seniors care about the little guy in the organisation just as much as any other level in the company. Exciting, fast paced and growing at an amazing pace. I love working for Cyera and so does everyone else.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
