      Pros

      Constant learning and development. Performance bonus. There are alot of greate reasons to work here. Fun events for everyone. People actually like each other and working together. Approachable leadership. Great office and location.

      The company is growing, and the pace can be intense at times. Better than being bored or stagnant tho.

      -Great environment for growth. -Culture is outstanding. -Commission is great! -Perfect place to find leadership. -A lot of great opportunity.

      -No compensation for gas, miles, toll. -No health care benefits.
