Pros
I spent 3 years at Cyclr, firstly as a connector developer and then as a solutions architect. The environment is very welcoming to people of all experience levels and backgrounds (I came from a non formal / self taught background). If you're willing to work hard and have a genuine desire to develop your skills Cyclr will give you an opportunity to do so, working with an experienced and supportive team. I felt that the leadership, in particular throughout the difficult lock down period, was exceptional and the team took the challenges in their stride without any fuss.
Cons
None - I only left as I wanted to specialize in a different area of software. No complaints at all about my time at Cyclr.
