5yThere may be times when a few people aren’t the right fit for the standards we would expect them to uphold while supporting their teammates. This may result in requiring more attention from their managers to help them be successful, which could certainly feel like micromanaging.
Our leadership team strives to support career development, and in the last year alone, 26% of our employees have been promoted. As we grow, we’re continually working to enhance our career development opportunities for our team.
The Cybrary leadership team takes all feedback seriously and we will certainly listen to and consider feedback provided by everyone. We would encourage candidates interviewing to ask their interviewers any questions.
