      Pros

      -Never forgot about you. They would call, text or email every so often just to see how you were doing. -Always there to assist when needed. -Paid well -Gestures of thanks with a lunch get together every quarter to ensure their people were doing well. Nice touch guys!

      Cons

      You have to except the fact that you are a contractor working for another company. If you do that there aren't really any cons. Maybe the health benefits. They are expensive. Again remember you are a contractor so that is the life.
