A Company with no direction and incompetency at leadership levels - Anonymous employee CyberScout Employee Review

The company has no vision or direction. It is in constant chaos, changing priorities without any top level organization and planning towards the objectives that are outlined each year. The yearly business objectives are vague without any details as to how each department will contribute towards those objectives and the leadership of those departments function as order takers rather than proactive leaders. There isn't any structure to the business and how departments function together, each department has their own process, systems and some departments have no processes at all. It's as disorganized as a business can get. Departments lack communication plans and processes which causes projects to filter through one department and hit another last minute or after a product has launched requiring other departments to throw together reactive tactics to try to improve it. Some of the departments are managed by incompetent leaders and the culture doesn't embrace doing things correctly but rather reacting to whatever new fad, impromptu decision or latest trend comes along. Without actually improving their existing products they continue to do the same marketing, products, tactics and business that they have for 10 years but still function like a chaotic start-up.
