The interview promises of “family culture” and “no micromanagement” are completely false. Management lacks leadership, shifts blame onto staff, and even talks badly about employees to clients. Job scope doesn’t match the JD, and support from teammates is nonexistent.
Expect daily OT due to poor planning, outdated courses, and a toxic environment that drains your mental health. There’s no career progression here, join only if you truly have no other choice. Director already changed, they still won't change....
