      Pros

      A small startup company within a global MSP - the best of both worlds. Fantastically dynamic and vibrant with great scope for 'making things happen'. Great product and good partnerships with key providers. I've been given huge freedom and scope to create my own role and space. The senior leadership team are top-notch, and the company have gone above and beyond to help me with a relocation.

      Small startup feel can sometimes lead to miscommunication and chaos.
