Pros
When I started the company had plenty of positives, especially when it came to the people I’ve worked with directly. The team was generally supportive and there was opportunities to learn, especially in a fast paced environment.
Cons
That said, there are areas that could be improved. At times, there could be inconsistencies in how employees are supported and developed, which essentially can impacted long term growth. It can feel like some individuals are given more opportunities or chances or flexibility than others. This could be frustrating. Benefits and compensation could also have been more competitive compared to similar roles in the industry. Overall, a good place to gain experience.. I guess. But definitely an opportunity to improve structure, consistency in treatment to everyone. Last minute hybrid schedule changes. I understand business needs change but more of heads up would have been appreciated.
