      Pros

      The pros are that we are a small company that makes a huge impact on our customers. We are like family. Annual performance bonuses, great working hours, and a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      PTO seems less than other companies. We are small but we serve a lot of areas and sometimes the manpower is lacking. We could benefit from having a couple more employees.

      No room for growth or career. Will drop you or push you out after 2 years. Dont believe their growth plan.
