      Good Tech stack, Good coordination with team mates.

      Cons

      HR Policies suck. they will change in a day without any prior intimation no opinions taken and no prior intimation. the policy there in the morning may not be there in evening.

      Pros

      The Unlimited PTO was nice even though I didn't use it very often. I felt I was pretty proficient in my job.

      Cons

      The budget and upper management seemed pretty shaky and there were a lot of internal things that were not handled the way they should be.
