      Small growing company with lots of opportunities to make your mark and shape your role. Pay is on par with market average.

      Cons

      Leadership policies are not employee friendly. There is no corporate culture. The executives are constantly undermining each other and care more about showing off their wealth than the success of the company.

      Base Comp is good Solid Clients Lots of smart people doing the work

      Leadership is a trainwreck Terrible bonus structure Lots of unwritten rules that will burn you Absolutely terrible culture There is no trust between Leaders and workers Communication is non-existent.
