Cybba has been such a fantastic career experience for me during my time here. Being in such a fast-growing industry has been so exciting and we have big goals coming for 2023! We've improved our benefits and hybrid/remote culture while continuing to grow the team both in the US and internationally. We've become more competitive in the market with our promote-from-within culture, great work/life balance, solid benefits package and unlimited PTO. I'm excited to see what new areas we can continue to improve on in 2023!
Cons
I would love to see additional benefits added to the company (HSA and FSA account) as well as establish an internal maternity/paternity leave as our workforce continues to grow and evolve. Also, adding performance reviews to commit to growing employees and their salaries would be great to see!
