* Lots of politics in the organization * Lots of meaningless meetings, leaving little time to actually get work done * Talented employees are leaving at a steady rate, and the company is slow to backfill * Massive changes in the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). To quote a fellow employee, "It's like Game of Thrones up there!" * Teams are now spread across APAC, EMEA and NA, but communication is still mostly synchronous, so out-of-hours meetings are a requirement * There have been multiple rounds of layoffs with the last just before Christmas. According to those who were laid off, there was minimal warning and the bare legal minimum in severance
