Pros

There truly are some(emphasis on some) kind people there. CCO has some interesting insights in to the industry. Nothing more I can think of to be honest.

Cons

- Money over people. - Grind-culture where people are always under prioritized. People are not expected to have any personal life. - Employees were told they'd be let go if they didn't work the weekend, after having worked several weekends in a row. - SUPER top-heavy, leads are speculating on what needs to be done, gets kicked down to entry level peeps. All blame goes to entry level peeps and all reward goes to top level. - Honestly not really good work coming out of that shop, relying on old merits.

Pros

Quality creative department that always pushes for the best work. The CCO is a legend and he's always close to the work, helping shape ideas to be the best they can be, while letting everyone voice their opinions/ideas. I've been given so much opportunity here. Great client roster, friendly coworkers, remote work, fun leadership that cares. I have never felt more mentorship in any other job. I've truly learned so much from brilliant people.

Cons

Sometimes can be unorganized, but there are workers in all different US timezones, so naturally communication can be difficult at times. Hours can get long at times working on certain projects, but it's always a team effort. Expectations are always high. This is not necessarily a con, but if you're one to slack off at work -- that won't fly here.
