The Cutrubus' are reasonable, local people. They'll work with their employees to resolve problems and generally give people the benefit of the doubt. There's a lot of room for moving around and up in the company, and they offer a lot of pay incentives and bonuses for doing regular job tasks. People who work hard and handle their problems like adults tend to do very well and are happy here.

A good amount of micro-management can get annoying until the owners/management can trust you. Family owned business, so not very well organized in some places.

The owners like to appear are generous by giving all employees a turkey and food for Thanksgiving. They generally throw a good x-mas party. Will hire felons.

Employees can expect to make less money than their peers at other dealers. They will steal from your check every chance they get. They believe employees are slaves, labor laws don't matter to them.
